How to claim your money back
Trial the handset for at least 70 days from the delivery date, but for no more than 90 days.
You must complete at least 6 IPL treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area you are treating before each of the sessions. If you are treating more than one area, it is sufficient with photos of one area as long as it's the same area in all photos.
If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email us the 6 photos at hello@rekozi.com with your order number and we will review your request.
Terms and conditions
1. You MUST have purchased the Rekozi IPL Handset from our official website https://rekozi.com.
2. All 90 day money back guarantee requests MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
3. All images MUST have date and timestamps.
4. The most important thing for successful treatment is to keep using it consistently and for the recommended time periods. If you are inconsistent with your treatments, your results will reflect that. Please keep in mind that we cannot control how often you use the handset or how the handset is used. Please thoroughly read and understand the User Guide. If you have not been using the device correctly as instructed, your request will be denied. We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
5. The guarantee is only valid for the Rekozi IPL Handsets
If your application does not meet our criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid and won't be approved.
Once a request is approved, we will refund you the handset price (purchase price at the time of order) once the handset has been returned to us.
