IPL Handset Guarantee

Results from customers from our IPL handset treatments will vary from person to person due to several factors including; skin tone, hair color, hair growth cycles, frequency of use, and how your body responds to IPL. Returns and warranty

Rekozi offers a 12 month product warranty for all devices.

Refunds will not be provided for returns, however, we will cover all shipping costs for replacement devices. If items are faulty or damaged we can assist in arranging a replacement.

If your product is defective and you need a replacement, please follow these instructions:

  1. Record a clear video of the defect
  2. Email us at hello@rekozi.com with a short description about the defect and attach the video
  3. Once approved, we will send you instructions on sending back your product. Please remember to include all contents it came with.
  4. A replacement of your product will be sent to you once we have received the defective one

You have 12 months from the date ordered to process a warranty request.

We will cover the replacement shipping cost in the case of a defective or faulty device, as long as you have contacted us within one month of your original purchase date. Any defective or faulty devices recorded outside of the first month are subject to review and approval, and may incur a replacement shipment fee covered by the receiver. This is because the fault could be caused by one of many variables outside of our control such as incorrect storage, damaged power point or power board, accidental water damage, etc.

Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds and cancellations for change of mind once the order has shipped. If you notify us to cancel your order before it has processed and shipped, we will cancel and refund the order in full.

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, incomplete or invalid address, delivery refusal, delayed by a natural disaster or a global pandemic).

Exchanges

If you wish to swap your item for a different size or color, please email us to organize an exchange. Note that the packaging must be unopened and the item must be in its original condition. Shipping costs to return and re-ship the order will not be covered by Rekozi.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Contact us and we will assist you promptly in resolving any issues you may have.
